Lake Views-Eagle Point in EAGLE POINT, Victoria for sale

I have a medium to large room with B.I.R. in Eagle Point. The house is a nice weatherboard holiday house perched on a hill with three bedrooms and a large L-shaped living space with a balcony and views of the Lake. The house is only 2 minutes walk to the waters edge and 15 minutes drive to Bairnsdale. The house is fully set up however if you have lots of stuff there is a third room that is not being utilised. I have recently moved to the area from Melbourne to take a two year contract as a Secondary Art teacher in Bairnsdale.Iam 37 years old. I am neat and tidy, fairly quiet, laid back but responsible. I am looking for a mature working or studying person, preferably female to share the house. The rent is $80 per week not including bills. Bills are approximately $30 p.w.
